*****CURRENT Production Time/Processing time - is currently 1 to 3 business days depending on size of order. Larger BULK bow orders can take up to 3 TO 5 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. Ship time is in addition to the processing time. (Business days does Not include Weekends and holidays)

Custom orders must be paid in full before we start your custom order. We do not refund or cancel custom orders under any circumstance.

No refunds,returns or cancellations on Sale, Clearance and Free Shipping Items. Be sure to read item description, measurements and processing time before purchasing.

Cancellations: For custom orders, there are no cancellations or refunds. Regarding ready to ship items - We normally don't accept cancellations. IF we do accept a cancellation for an order that has NOT been shipped, order will be cancelled and refunded in 3 to 5 business days from the date purchased. (Business days doesn't include weekends which are Saturdays and Sundays and ALL holidays) Thank you for your understanding.

Please click on it to see when it will be ready to ship. If you need by a certain date, please contact me ahead of time, before you make a purchase to make sure it will arrive in time. Notes left on checkout do not count as contacting me ahead of time. Date needed by left on checkout notes are not honored unless you have contacted me prior to purchase. The processing time on each listing is the time it will be shipped, no exceptions. I do NOT do refunds or cancellations once you have placed an order. We don't refund if your order if it doesn't arrive in time for your event, unless you have contacted me prior to purchase to make sure it arrives on time. We are not responsible for late delivery by post office and we don't refund orders that arrive late for your event. All hair bows ship for a flat rate of $4.99 shipping. Bulk bows/large custom orders shipping is $7.25 (Bows, headbands, & hair accessories only) - Bulk boutique orders of 50 to 500 bows shipping can be priced up to $18.95 due to weight.


I ship out in order of payment received. Credit cards & Paypal accepted. Please understand when you make a purchase there are orders ahead of yours to be processed. I have orders coming in steadily everyday. It takes time to prepare each order & complete custom orders & large boutique store orders coming in daily. Thank you!

We don't accept returns on bows, clothing, hair accessories or clothing accessories due to hygiene reasons. We don't refund or accept returns on items not received on time or late due to post office delivery system. It is your responsibility to read processing time, and shipping time and order ahead of your date needed.

CUSTOM ORDERS, CUSTOMER REQUESTS--Orders must be paid in full before order is started. If you contact me to make a different bow than is listed or for a bulk order - processing time is 1 to 2 weeks. Larger boutique orders or party orders of 8 bows or more can take an additional 1 to 2 business days Shipping time is 3 to 5 business days from the time I drop off at post office. Shipping for bulk orders is $9.95 Priority Shipping.
PRICE QUOTES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS/BULK ORDER CUSTOMER REQUESTS--When I give a quote, my quote is only for 24 hours. If no response in 24 hours the price quote offer is void & cancelled. If you agree on price, a listing will be made for you. You have 48 hours to pay for the custom listing. If not paid in that time, then the listing will be cancelled & not re-listed.

All orders are processed in order of payment received. I do not offer Rush or ASAP orders. I don't ship Express or Overnight under any circumstance. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged packages once I drop off at the post office. Please contact me to add insurance to your order for an additional price. All orders are shipped with tracking for you to safely track.

All my items are finished, meaning I do not change background color or clip style. If you need a different item than pictured, please contact me for a custom listing

**Please note, the type of clip used on each bow is listed in item description. I don't have an option for french barrette or snap clips. I can add most bows to pony tail rubber band or to an elastic headband at no extra charge. No French Barrette or snap clips. I can make a custom listing for you. Thank you
